OVERVIEW:
The absolute top tier of the game. Not only due to his high range normals, huge hitboxes and "reversal" throw, but specially due to his cheap too-easy-to-pull-off infinite combo.

There's no talk about balancing Bison without nerfing him. The CRE philosophy is to only nerf whenever extremely needed, so it had to be done. The nerfs however will not interfere in his gameplay, only consisting in getting rid of his Double Knee Press infinite combo and slightly enlarging his Psycho Crusher hurtbox. Other than that, Bison players won't notice any dramatic changes, since he's still a very good and competitive char overall.

MP - medium punch (strong)

MK - medium kick (forward)
HK - heavy kick (roundhouse)

GAMEPLAY:
. crouch MK is now special-cancelable

. HP Psycho Crusher now has a higher chip damage possibility

NERFS:
. fixed the Double Knee Press infinite combo
. a slightly bigger hurtbox during the Psycho Crusher

BUG FIXES:
. fixed the "block-break" Shoryuken bug. Under certain circunstances, Ryu/Ken's Shoryuken and Sagat's Tiger Uppercut can break Bison's standing block stance. It shouldn't happen anymore.
