Ken

OVERVIEW:
Ken is a good char, with a wide range of accessible combos and high damage output. He's a char meant to be played offensively, applying constant pressure on the opponent. Ken walks forward faster than Ryu, has an excellent Shoryuken, and a TOD ("Touch Of Dead") combo that can turn the tide in his favor, if executed well. However, some limitations make certain matchups extremely difficult for him, so he received some buffs to mitigate these disadvantages without losing his trademark style. 

Ken is a footsies character. To reinforce this characteristic, some changes were implemented, making him even more distinct from Ryu.

Along with Chun Li, Ken is the char who got most changes.

. Ken's trademark 3-hit HP+HP Shoryuken combo hits Honda and Chun Li correctly
. forward jumping LK now has a much better hitbox/hurtbox relation
. crouch MK has a larger, sprite-accurate hitbox
. crouch HK has 2 less recovery frames than Ryu's
. close MK is now special-cancelable (like SF2HF onwards)

NERFS:
. no more "egg-beater" tatsu

HIGHLIGHTS:
. Ken's Tatsu now has body invincibility during startup for better matchups against Dhalsim/Sagat
. changed far standing LK, emulating the ST version, giving Ken more footsie range
